The office is divided into two distinct areas. The entrance area is designed to resemble a residential space, with each section planned meticulously to reflect the brand's unique aesthetic. The back area houses the staff offices, prioritizing functionality and creating a comfortable and private workspace with excellent sound insulation.
One of the standout features of Dragon Pristine is the combination of various materials used throughout the space. The design team believes that trust comes from what you see with your eyes, which is why they incorporated textured materials such as travertine, Guanyin stone, and solid wood. These natural materials have unique traces that can be appreciated up close, adding depth and character to the space. To balance the visual elements, plants and light-colored materials were strategically placed, resulting in a harmonious and cozy atmosphere.
The realization of Dragon Pristine involved the use of carefully selected building materials. The entrance area features brown travertine on the walls, gray Guanyin stone for the flooring, and custom-made walnut chairs. The office area, on the other hand, boasts a dark blue Bolon carpet, red and yellow latex paint, and solid wood laminate shelves. Each material was chosen to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space.
Dragon Pristine is a new office located on the 8th floor, covering a total area of 198 square meters. The original space had no partitions, so the design team divided it into a residential-like area for clients and an open-style office for employees. The residential-like area includes a sofa area, tea area, meeting area, and bar area, which can be adjusted according to the number of people. The office area features a half-height partition to preserve individual privacy while maintaining an open and collaborative environment.
For clients, Dragon Pristine offers a unique and comfortable atmosphere that differs from standard commercial spaces. The Zen-inspired design is evident from the moment one enters the space, with wooden furnishings, walls, and corners creating a calm and inviting ambiance. This environment fosters meaningful discussions and interactions. For staff, the office provides a quiet and focused workspace, thanks to elevated floors and strategically placed doors that minimize sound disturbances. This allows employees to concentrate on their work and unleash their creativity.
Dragon Pristine was completed in September 2022 and reflects the design team's meticulous research and attention to detail. The project showcases the brand's core value of creating spaces that evoke warmth and comfort through visual and tactile experiences. The office is brightly lit and features color-flashing walls, adding vibrancy and energy to the overall design.
The design team faced several challenges during the realization of Dragon Pristine. The intricate materials, such as lacquered solid wood floors and grille facades, required meticulous attention to detail. The team employed a technique that involved measuring and cutting glass for the grille gaps, inserting the glass between the grilles, and sealing it with wooden strips. This technique reduced the thickness of the facade, resulting in a refined and polished finish.
The entrance of Dragon Pristine sets the tone for the entire space. Instead of a typical reception counter or office, visitors are greeted by an Oriental Zen-inspired foyer. The floating ceiling resembles white clouds, while the combination of travertine and wood panels creates the illusion of a Japanese rock garden. Although there is no flowing water inside, the cloud-patterned panels and the Japanese rock garden create a dynamic aesthetic. Stepping into the foyer creates a shift in mindset, preparing visitors for a unique and immersive experience.
